About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and scaling campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to ensure effective ad performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend efficiently.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms is a plus.
