We're looking for a Tech Support Engineer to:
• Provide technical support (incident management & service request fulfillment) for multiple marketing andmunications applications.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, andpliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Build scripts to help to automate and further develop post release verifications.
• Determine the reliability of our digital products, technology services, and the infrastructure that underpins them.
• In the Incident Management context, define, prepare and sign off the root-cause analysis for both Infrastructure and Applications Operations
• In the Problem Management context, identify problems and their relevant resolution as well as create and manage Request for Changes (RFAs).
Your team
You'll be working in the GOTO, Group Functions,ms and Branding technology team focusing on bringing as much insight data as possible to inform marketers and sales on the best omni-channel marketing. You'll be working with the C&B Services teams in Zurich, London, USA, Poland, and India. We manage a wide range of digital marketing andmunication platforms, such as the public website, microsites, analytics, global e-mail marketing solutions, marketing automation, high performance web caching, mobile applications, the corporate intranet and employee engagement systems.
Your expertise
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position focused within the financial sector
• extensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, PowerShell, and M365
• knowledge of MS Azure cloud administration (Infrastructure, Networking, Access Management, Monitoring)
• extensive knowledge of Web Servers, especially IIS (Internet Information Services)
• experience working with SharePoint Online.
• knowledge of SharePoint tools such as SharePoint Sites (SPFx Apps), ULS Logs, Workflows and SharePoint forms.
• microsoft Azure Administration Certification (AZ-900 Certificate, AZ-104 Certificate) or Microsoft 365 Certification would be a plus
