Job Description – Senior React UI DeveloperPosition Overview

We are seeking a Senior React UI Developer with deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications using and modern front-end technologies. In this role, you will lead the design and development of UI components, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of React-based user interfaces.
  • Translate wireframes, mockups, and business requirements into responsive, reusable, and scalable components.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets with front-end components.
  • Promote UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and coding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to build seamless solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 4+ years working with
  • Languages & Tools:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS, styled-components, TailwindCSS, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of , React Hooks, Context API, Redux or other state management libraries.
  • Experience with or server-side rendering (SSR) is a plus.
  • UI/UX:
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
  • APIs & Networking:
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Tools & Workflows:
  • Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to micro frontends architecture.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading a front-end team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
