Position: Figma Developer (UI/UX Designer)

Location: Onsite

Experience: 1–4 years (Open to freshers with strong portfolio)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Figma Developer (UI/UX Designer) who will design and deliver engaging user interfaces, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into modern, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into design solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across devices and platforms.

Export and share design assets, specifications, and prototypes with developers for implementation.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and Figma plugins.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in UI/UX design using Figma (portfolio required).

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.

Experience with interactive prototyping and design system management in Figma.

Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Flutter, etc.) is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
