Harman India is looking for Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML, Gen AI) Developer/Engineer.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 1Month

Skill Set required:

Role: Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML, Gen AI) Developer/Engineer

Qualifications & Certifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

· Certifications and advanced training in RPA Advanced Development

Job Overview :

Required Skills :

· 2-4 years of experience in RPA, including experience with Hyper automation (RPA + AI/ML)

· Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Hyper automation (RPA + AI/ML) development

· Fluent in Generative AI (Gen AI), large language/vision models (LLM/LVM) & NLP and predictive analytics.

· Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).

· Excellent coding, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning models .


Desirable Technical Knowledge:

· Strong technical knowledge of RPA and Hyper automation technologies and processes

· Excellent working knowledge on any of the RPA platforms like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft power automate platforms

· Experience in Hyper automation (RPA+) technical design with experience implementing enterprise hyper automation solutions within an RPA CoE

· Exposure to Hyper automation Lifecycle management tools/platforms, Business Process automation-fit modelling, Integration of RPA + AI/ML algorithms

· Experience in RPA and associated Advanced OCR, AI, ML, Gen AI, LLM/LVM & NLP platforms

· System administration & Integration experience in build and manage complex services with Hyper automation

· Additional Knowledge of C#, VB Script, Javascript is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee Design, Development and Deployment of RPA bots, ensuring adherence to performance, Security and Scalability standards

· Design, development and implementation of hyper automation solutions to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

· Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in hyper automation, providing insights and recommendations to the broader organization.
