**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**:
**Lead and Influence**
- Lead the creation or evolution of the Hyper-Automation architecture prograM/Function
- Promote the business value of the Hyper-Automation prograM/Function and its process, and the results of the Hyper-Automation program to business and IT leaders/executives.
- Lead the development of an implementation plan for the Hyper-Automation architecture based on business strategy and requirements.
- Seek opportunities to highlight how digital business initiatives will potentially impact enterprises' economic architecture and metrics.

**Focus on Strategy and Execution**
- Demonstrate the business value of Hyper-Automation Architect as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for technology innovation, which drives the organization's top and bottom lines.
- Formulate, translate, advocate, support and execute business strategy to achieve the organization's targeted business outcomes.
- Construct technology-enabled operating models, and provide viable options and visibility into execution issues.

**Research and Understand Technology and Non-technology Trends**
- Scan the world for major disruptive technology and nontechnology trends (trendspotting) that affect business. Provide practical advice and best practices to overcome these challenges and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes.
- Contextualize the technology trends based on social, economic, political and other nontechnology trends.
- Lead the analysis of business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's business strategy, direction and architecture.

**Job Summary**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- AI Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and identify opportunities where Generative AI can provide valuable solutions.
- Generative AI Expertise: Leverage your deep expertise in Generative AI techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and other relevant models to develop innovative AI solutions.
- Architecture Development: Design end-to-end AI architectures, including data collection, preprocessing, training pipelines, and deployment strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Model Selection and Evaluation: Evaluate existing Generative AI models and frameworks, and select the most appropriate ones for specific use cases. Develop evaluation metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the models.
- Data Requirements: Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to identify and define the data requirements for Generative AI models, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide a team of data scientists and AI developers in the implementation of Generative AI solutions, providing technical direction and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Generative AI models, fine-tuning hyperparameters, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and speed improvements.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI research and technologies, and contribute to the organization's innovation efforts.
