What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of consultants in executing complex consulting projects in the Healthcare and Life Science domain.
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives for clients, leveraging industry knowledge and domain expertise to influence client thinking and align their strategic direction.
  • Actively support in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Develop industry perspectives and insights to enhance BCG's thought leadership in the Healthcare and Life Science sectors.
  • Own project planning, process management, and communicate progress to clients and BCG leadership.
  • Guide the development of project content, offering insights, frameworks, and oversight on research and analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and project scope, ensuring a high pace of work and project delivery within scope.
  • Cultivate multiple client and stakeholder relationships, networking within client organizations to understand needs and influence client agendas.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior consultants, fostering their development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property within the practice area.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in consulting, preferably within the biopharma, health, or life sciences sectors.
  • Experience in management consulting with a bend towards Healthcare, Biopharma, Life science.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
