The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the (CEO/Executive Leadership), providing operational and administrative support to enhance organizational efficiency. This role ensures the effective execution of the leadership’s vision by managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating executive communications, and driving key priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement organizational strategies and priorities.
Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Analyse data and trends to offer actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Operational Oversight
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring smooth workflows.
Drive alignment across teams and departments to ensure the delivery of objectives.
Manage special projects from conception to completion.
3. Executive Support
Act as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making processes by preparing briefing materials and reports.
Represent the executive team in meetings and communication as needed.
4. Team Leadership & Culture
Foster collaboration and a results-oriented culture across the organization.
Mentor and guide teams to align with organizational values and goals.
Identify and address gaps in processes, policies, and team dynamics.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Manage communication flow within the organization and with external partners.
Draft presentations, speeches, and reports for the leadership team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to ensure leadership has visibility into organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Master degree in Finance or Engineering Field.
5+ years of experience in strategic or operational leadership roles.
Proven track record of project management and driving organizational initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with technology and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and software are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
