Role Description

Reporting to the CEO, this is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff at Unstop in South Delhi. The CoS role is critical to the smooth functioning of an organisation, as it enhances communication, improves efficiency, and ensures that the CEO's vision is implemented. The CoS will oversee:

  • Special projects: Leading special projects that fall outside of traditional departmental functions.
  • Strategic partnerships: Collaborating with external audience and companies to create ecosystem for growth.
  • Project management: Overseeing large projects that involve multiple teams and designing processes to manage them.
  • Time management: Managing the CEO's schedule and planning travel.
  • Administrative: Planning and coordinating meetings, generating correspondence, and ensuring all required materials are ready.
  • Strategic Planing & Advising: Providing unbiased advice to the CEO on a range of issues, including internal operations and market trends.
  • And much, much more with no clear definition.


Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Communication skills
  • Project Management and Decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in HRTech or consulting or community brand or related industry
  • Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or IT
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field


Process: Shortlisting, Pre-Assignment, followed by three interviews.


Salary: Industry standard based on experience.
