Role Overview:

As the Founder's Office / Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and ensure the organization’s operations align with its growth goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and troubleshoot challenges proactively.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and key presentations.
  1. Leadership Support:
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding key talent as the company scales.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, ensuring decisions align with the company’s vision and values.


What We Are Looking For:

  1. Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience in supply chain, B2B marketplaces, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
  1. Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
