Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive B2 B at RGP Solar Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmednagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential business clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, reporting on sales activities, and providing feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and customer needs. Qualifications Strong experience in B2 B sales, business development, and client management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
