- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Answer all queries and doubts about products and services.
- Initiating telephonic conversations with clients or connecting with them on Zoom, Googlemeet etc.
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about customer behaviour, market demands and competition with the marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Team management & performance assessment.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- College & school visits.
- School college seminars (event activities)
- School /college tie-up - Results-based programs
- Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Training, and guiding business development staff.
- Freshers are also preferred
