Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the areas of B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools for CPG, Retail, Logistics clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones.
Identify and manage dependencies between projects within the program.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Assign tasks, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.
Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Monitor and control risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage program budgets.
Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization.
Track and report on program financials.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
Proactively communicate program status, risks, and issues.
Manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
Track progress against program milestones and deliverables.
Generate regular reports on program performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Conduct post-program reviews to learn from experiences and inform future programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in program management.
Proven track record of delivering successful programs on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills/ exposure (must have):
Data integration using API, EDI, AS2, sFTP or similar protocols
B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
PMP or PgMP certification.
Experience in a specific industry (Retail, CPG, Logistics..).
