Position - Manager - Category Performance - Data Analytics/Business Analytics

Experience - 8-12years

Industry - E-commerce/ Retail

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or any other Quantitative discipline with 8+ years’ experience in analytical role.

Skills - Data Analytics/ Customer Analytics/ Strategic Analytics/ Business Analytics/ SQL

/ Adobe Analyst/ Google Analyst/ Team Management/ E-commerce.


KRA-


~ 4+ years’ experience in retail and merchandising analytics working

directly with business teams.

~ Need Business/Data analyst with good knowledge of ecommerce.

~ Candidate should be strong with Leadership Skills, Analytical skills.

~ Good analytical skills with Power BI, SQl, Adobe and Google tools.



Job Summary:


  • The Manager is primarily responsible for leading and supporting a team dedicated to Online Category Performance.
  • The core purpose of the Manager is to work with the analyst/Sr. Analyst/Lead Analyst in delivering impactful data driven analytics support to the digital team.
  • This position is responsible for following analytical best practices, accurately reporting and analyzing results and identifying insights for decision making.
  • Manages and directs the prioritization of development of compelling insights, analyses, and reporting to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the Digital business across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, Inventory, Cancels, Returns, Delivery SLAs and other digital metrics.
  • A substantial amount of technical knowledge is needed to support the various user requests and special projects.
  • This is accomplished utilizing advanced tools and methods to leverage various data. A goal of this position is to streamline processes through automation and enhancements of existing business processes.
  • The Manager must have good knowledge of ecommerce retail, assortment planning and, be proficient in MS Excel, VBA, Macros, Teradata SQL Assistant, Hadoop, Python etc.
  • The Manager will collaborate directly with various areas of Category Performance and other areas of the Business in order to ensure report various metrics and analysis accurately from operational and strategic perspective.
