Our passionate team works across functions like content, product, sales, and tech — collaborating to deliver real-world skills to students and educators.Website: and Responsibilities:As a Junior HR Executive at Makers Muse, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources Dept. in various aspects of HR management and administration. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech startup environment.Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Coordinate and participate in onboarding processes for new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training sessions.Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.Collaborate with the senior to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture.Assist in various HR projects and tasks as assigned.Qualifications:6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Benefits:Hands-on experience in HR functions and processes.Exposure to the EdTech industry and startup culture.Opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly on linkedin or by sending their resume and a cover letter to , with the subject line "Junior HR Executive"Application - (Your Name).
