Key Responsibilities –

Design, develop and document engineering work required for enabling M365 Copilot and its related components. Configuring M365 Copilot and refreshing the configurations to meet the specific needs of the organization. M365 Copilot use-case evaluation and demos to other business units. Work with Product Owners and other business stakeholders to discuss the technical requirements and timelines.  Work with Architects and other Engineering teams to develop technical documents and drive the security, design and other control function approvals. Monitoring the usage of M365 Copilot and making recommendations for improvements. Lead efforts to automate any manual tasks related to M365 Copilot. Occasionally Training employees on how to use Copilot and providing ongoing support. Participate and work as required towards evaluating M365 Copilot roadmap and private preview features. Staying up to date with the latest developments in M365 Copilot and related technologies. Work with Microsoft on M365 Copilot related support tickets.  Major Incident Management and maintain effective communications with stakeholder, operations during downtime events. Assist with resolution efforts and perform root cause analysis as needed on major incidents.

Skills Required -

Technical Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft 365 Services - Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform and Office Apps. Strong understanding of M365 license, roles and role groups, Identity management etc. Good knowledge of M365 Security and Compliance center and its components. Strong communication and collaboration skills Previous experience of presentation and demos to stakeholders and senior management. Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC tools like JIRA, Bit Bucket etc.
