Position: Inhouse Consultant M365

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

The role of the Inhouse Consultant M365 is to take over end-to-end responsibility for various M365 and Collaboration tools, incl. consulting internal customers, administration, implementation, and support. Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and operation of M365 and Collaboration tools. Collaborate to understand business processes and translate those into effective and efficient solutions based on primarily Microsoft technology. Support the digitization of analog processes in a cloud-native way. Support users and the 1st level support team with troubleshooting solutions in the responsibility area (2nd level support). Take ownership and steer the 3rd level support case with internal and external parties. Monitor and increase user adoption of the solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Provide trainings, consulting, and support to business users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the created solutions. Participate in implementation projects. Autonomous execution of Change Requests and small change projects. Provide governance of business solutions on an ongoing basis according to Burckhardt's architecture principles. Support solution architects and inhouse consultants in connecting applications amongst each other and/or to connect them to the target cloud platform in an industrialized manner.

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years' experience in M365/O365. Strong experience especially with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Extensive knowledge in increasing user adoption of collaboration solutions is a plus. Certifications like MS-700, MS-102, etc. are advantageo
