Job Objective
The mandate of BBNL is to provide high speed Broadband to all Gram Panchayat and to provide access to Bandwidth in non-discriminatory manner to all eligible service providers under BharatNet Project. The person shall be responsible for doing market studies for latest technologies and preparing RFPs for the upcoming tenders In BBNL.The candidates is expected to advice on data upkeep, storage and handling best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities of the Consultant include:
- Analysis of various types of projects data
- Prepare Technical Specifications and other commercial conditions of new tenders.
- To assist in evaluations of tenders
Education
- Engineering graduate with MBA PG (preferable) in Management
- 3+ Years of experience in Govt. procurements and preparing RFPs/ EOIs etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ability to perform market studies for latest technical trends.
Procurement process of Government procurement process and tendering.
Good knowledge of Advance MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of working on CPPP-NIC portal (preferable) viz. conducting tendering activities, creating users etc.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
