Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Computer Sciences or Film / Media/ Communication/audio visual production/television/electronic and digital media.
- Proficiency in graphics editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Preference would be given to Post Graduate degree/ Post Graduate diploma in any field preferably in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Film / Media/ Communication/audio visual production/television/electronic and digital media/ Creative writing.

Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities
Content writer, Graphic designer, Print & Social Media handling, documentary Film, responsible for strategic communication, media outreach, and digital engagement.
- Strategic Content Development: Work closely with the Social Media Division to conceptualize and execute media plans that align with the Ministry's communication strategy.
- Government Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with officers and departments to design and develop impactful communication materials related to government policies, schemes, announcements, and events.
- Content Creation & Editorial Oversight: Draft, refine, and edit content for press releases, policy briefs, fact sheets, speeches, and other official materials, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Branding & Compliance: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding, style, and messaging guidelines across all communication channels.
