Havells Lighting LLC is a US-based leader in innovative LED lighting solutions, committed to energy efficiency and sustainability. We are expanding globally and seeking a skilled International Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives in international markets.

Role Overview:

The International Sales Manager will drive business expansion in regions aligned with US time zones, focusing on strategic planning, client relationship management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development, with experience in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international business development strategies
  • Identify high-potential markets and clients
  • Build and manage strategic relationships
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal closures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals
  • Analyze market trends and report performance
  • Represent the company at global events
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical field or previous experience of lighting company.
  • 2–6 years' experience in international sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and driving growth
  • Familiarity with CRM and business tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally
