Business Development Executive

The Bare Bar , we are committed to sustainability, quality, and innovation. We are now growing our Business Development team to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management :Respond to inbound inquiries from platforms such as
IndiaMART ,
JustDial , and other lead generation tools.Proactively identify and qualify leads to match our manufacturing and private-labeling capabilities.Outbound Calling & Prospecting :Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential clients, introduce Clean Beauty's offerings, and understand their needs.Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients by actively sourcing new opportunities.Client Relationship Building :Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through Clean Beauty’s offerings and services.Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long-term engagement.Collaboration with Senior Management :Pass qualified leads and client requirements to senior management for further negotiation and deal closure.Work closely with leadership to streamline the sales cycle and onboarding process.CRM and Reporting :Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and updates in CRM systems.Generate weekly reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion rates.Market Research and Growth Opportunities :Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.Explore innovative ways to enhance Clean Beauty's market presence and improve the lead conversion process.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles, preferably in B2B industries or the Beaty & Cosmetics Industry.Familiarity with platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, or similar lead generation tools is a plus.Basic understanding of skincare and personal care manufacturing is preferred (training can be provided).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lead management systems.Strong communication, CRM proficiency, lead qualification, and organizational skills.
