Role Details

  • Title:
    Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan & LAP
  • Location:
    Pune
  • Experience:
    6–10 years (min. 3 yrs in team leadership/cluster/regional role)
  • CTC:
    Up to ₹25 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
  • Industry:
    Fintech | Banking | Financial Services | Mortgage | DSA
  • Reporting to:
    CBO

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales strategy & achieve disbursement targets (HL & LAP)
  • Lead, hire & mentor the Pune sales team
  • Build & manage builder/broker/channel partnerships
  • Strengthen Bank/NBFC/HFC relationships for faster loan processing
  • Ensure compliance, process adherence & faster TAT
  • Provide market intelligence & MIS to leadership

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • Strong track record in
    Home Loan / LAP sales
  • Deep knowledge of credit norms, market practices & builder ecosystem
  • Excellent
    team leadership, partner management & negotiation skills
  • Experience in BFSI institutions is highly preferred
