TreeVeda Foods is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The BDM will play a pivotal role in achieving our business targets, building strong relationships with clients, and spearheading the geographical expansion of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Develop performance benchmarks and conduct regular performance reviews.Organize training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Monitor sales pipelines and ensure effective execution of sales plans.Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and feedback.Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Geographical Expansion
Identify new markets and regions for business expansion.Conduct market research to understand local demand and competition.Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in target regions.Plan and execute launch strategies for new territories.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and market strategies.Key Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring sales teams.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company in the health food sector.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Career advancement opportunities in a growing organization.
