✨ Your Role at ProBites ✨
As a *Food Product Development Specialist*, you’ll play a key role in crafting snacks that people love. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
✅ Develop and optimize recipes for healthy snacks with a focus on taste, texture, and nutrition.
✅ Research and source high-quality, health-focused ingredients (low sugar, high fiber, gluten-free ).
✅ Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure every bite is perfect.
✅ Ensure compliance with *food safety and regulatory standards* (FSSAI expertise is a bonus ️).
✅ Scale up recipes from test kitchen to full-scale production.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance) to align product development with our goals.
✅ Stay ahead of market trends and innovate based on customer feedback.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
‍ Experience: Proven track record in food product development, especially in baked goods or healthy snacks.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of ingredient functionality, nutritional analysis, and food processing technologies.
Compliance Know-How: Familiarity with food safety standards and FSSAI guidelines.
Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Creativity: A passion for innovation and health-focused food solutions.
