Job Description

The Sales Officer (SO) will play a pivotal role in meeting home loan targets within their assigned geography. They will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sources, nurturing relationships with existing sources, and ensuring efficiency and productivity in their designated area. The SO will work closely with their supervisor to map out the area, maintain reports, manage channel partner recruitment, and enhance customer experience through effective relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:

    • Conduct regular lane-to-lane/area mapping in the assigned geography with guidance from the supervisor.
    • Identify new sources within the allocated area and provide progress updates during team huddles.
  • Source Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all assigned and identified sources within the geography/area.
  • Maintain Reports:

    • Keep accurate and up-to-date reports related to sales activities in the prescribed format.
    • Maintain a daily diary of activities as per company guidelines.
  • Channel Partner Recruitment:

    • Assess the need for appointing channel partners and initiate recruitment efforts as required.
  • Team Huddle:

    • Attend daily team huddles as part of the established process.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Enhance customer experience by developing and sustaining relationships with clients.
  • Completion of File:

    • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of complete application forms, documentation, and information.

  • Graduate candidates with good communication and interpersonal skilss
  • Thorough knowledge of all mortgage loans products and familiarity with competitors' offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively sell products and provide necessary services to customers.
  • Proficiency in analyzing credit documents to determine eligibility.
  • Skilled in handling objections from customers.
