Location: Saket, Delhi, India About the Role:A leading private NBFC specializing in B2B lending, is seeking an experienced DY VP/AVP/VP for its Business Development/Appraisal team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our loan portfolio by originating and managing credit for businesses in the tourism, education, real estate, and hospitality sectors. Responsibilities: Business developmentLoan originationProject financing & appraisalsCoordinating with clientsAnalysis of financial statementsCredit risk analysisCredit appraisalsDocumentation & deal closure etc. Qualification and Experience:B.Sc/B.Com/B.Tech. (Civil/Mech) & MBA/CA & LLB (preferred) from a premier institute Minimum 15 years experience in below mentioned:Project appraisalMonitoring & follow-upRecoveryRisk assessment & managementRBI compliances & reporting in a leading NBFC/Bank. Desired Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Benefits:The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of the position. .
