We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Marketing & Communications II to join our Transformation team. This role is in Pune, India - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Coding and Scripting: Proficiency in writing and optimizing codes (primarily HTML and CSS) for various digital assets, including email blasts, bulletins, visual content, and web pages. Leverage Seismic/Marketing Center capabilities to enhance content delivery methods. 
  • Get Creative: Develop and translate design concepts into functional templates for web pages and SharePoint sites. Create engaging banners and landing pages to ensure optimal viewing experience. 
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teams across the organization to conceptualize and execute digital content aligned with the firm's initiatives.

  To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in creating and optimizing digital content, including emails, web pages, and video content.
  • A keen understanding of UX principles and design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint site creation and management.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
  • Experience with photo and video-editing software (Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills that enable you to function effectively in a cross-functional environment.
