**Job Description for Research Associate -**

Understanding business research objectives & designing market research to discover prospective market preferences.
- Collecting primary data on customer & consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it - Analyze the MICRO and MACRO markets with respect to strategic issues, opportunities, market trends, competitor's perspective and other such high-level segments.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalog findings to databases
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies
- market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ researches and implement best practices.
- Maintain and report required documents to the research manager during, and at the end of the report.
- Liaise with the research manager and marketing team with respect to marketing collaterals and deliverables when required
- Associate and analyst should complete one report in association with the research manager.
- However, should be able to multi-task as per client's requirements and projects.
- Motivate and enhance the performance of associates through regular feedback, guidance and acquired knowledge.

**Required Skills**:

- Immediate reporting to Managers/ Team Lead/ Business Analyst.
- Execute market research and consulting assignment/projects.
- Overall team coordination with management trainees, research associate and senior research analyst/research manager.

**Salary**: ₹15,728.10 - ₹31,887.41 per month
