The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media management, and assisting in creating digital media campaigns. This role will also involve monitoring and analyzing website and social media metrics, and providing reports and insights to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize our Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
- Assist in creating and executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide reports and insights to the team.
- Support the creation and management of digital content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
- Help manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and propose new ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
