Project Manager (Transformations)

Transformation experience

Work location- Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon & Hyderabad

Experience - 7-14 Yrs

 

Looking for a Transformation PM experience together with BA skillsets.

As Transformation Manager key responsibilities (on a high level) are as follows for both GDPR/SWIFT,

  •  Project Governance which includes running SteerCo and Working group meetings.

  •  Stakeholder collaboration (Sponsor, Business, IT, Services).

  •  Engage different sites/regions to ensure efficient communication between Global Business, Central IT, Local IT and local business.

  •  Clarity reporting, Delivery tracking.

  •  RAID management - Identify, track and mitigate key risks, issues and dependencies.

  •  Change Framework compliance.

  •  Change requests submission and approvals.

  •  Monitor and Track financials closely.

  • Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, scope finalization.

 

As part of the Point of Sale Financing intiative, the high level line of responsibilities would be on the below,

  • Requirements walkthrough and finalization – As per current scenario, this task would require domain/technical knowledge to collaborate with Business to finalise the functional requirement and architectural changes.

  • Overall project management (inc Governance)

  • UAT support (test cases creation and walkthrough) – This task requires BA support with domain/technical knowledge, to understand and create/walkthrough UAT test cases.
