As Project Manager the person will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, executing, and successful completion of our projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Manage client feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure high performance.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and project transparency.

Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Resource Management:

  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adjust allocations as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support.

Project Cost Estimation:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Evaluate cost-effectiveness and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Revenue and Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Monitor and track project expenditures against the budget.
  • Provide financial forecasts and reports to senior management.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
