Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile projects, ensuring they meet requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members have clear goals and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.
  • Coordinate and oversee testing and debugging processes.
  • Implement and monitor best practices for development and project management.

Resource Management:

  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools.
  • Identify and address any resource gaps or constraints.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to acquire necessary resources.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate completed projects for lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to improve future project outcomes and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and mobile development.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on web and mobile development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web and mobile applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of web technologies and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Certifications (preferred):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
