Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in CFD analysis and digital twin development, and machine learning applications. Leadership Experience : At least 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing engineering or analysis teams. Proficiency in CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent , Open FOAM, Star-CCM+, or equivalent. Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar. Experience with digital twin platforms and tools. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fluid dynamics and heat transfer analysis.Skills & Competencies:
Soft Skills Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and team members.Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and technologies in a rapidly evolving field Experience in polymer analytic techniques and its failure modes Experience with turbulence modeling, multiphase flow, and reactive flow simulations. Familiarity with optimization techniques and tools. Understanding of experimental methods for validating CFD models. Experience in the automotive, aerospace, piping or HVAC industries. Knowledge in Design for Six sigma (DFSS) is an added advantage Experience with machine learning techniques & their application in predictive modeling. Experience with real-time data integration & IoT technologies Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying digital twin and ML solutions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management :
Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of the CFD team, providing guidance and support.
Training and Development: Mentor junior engineers, facilitate professional development, and ensure the team stays updated with the latest CFD techniques and tools.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Technical Expertise :
Analysis Oversight: Review and validate CFD models and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Problem-Solving: Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues that arise during the analysis process.
Tool Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of CFD tools and methodologies.
3. Project Management :
Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective use of resources & coordinating CFD projects to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance :
Standards and Compliance: Ensure all CFD work adheres to industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
5. Collaboration and Communication :
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., design, manufacturing, testing) to integrate CFD insights into overall project development.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure their expectations are met.
6. Strategic Contribution :
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CFD technology, incorporating innovative approaches into the team’s workflow.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of CFD projects, methodologies, and findings.
