Overview:

Responsible for production operations, scheduling and personnel. Manages and supervises the day-to-day work of manufacturing production disciplines for a shift, including multiple product lines.

Job Title:

Deputy Manager- Production

Job Responsibilities:

To work with the Line supervisor to achieve the KPI To work tactical and strategically plan Day/ Week / monthly production plan to achieve it .

To drive and close the quality and technical issues in the line.

To ensure zero quality defect in the line Ready to come in shifts.

Should be quick learner and implement the changes.

Should be able to implement the changes and improvement in the line.

To work close with Engineering team and drive for the results.

Able to sort IR issues in the line.

Experience in handling shop floor with 100 technicians .

To have sound knowledge in Electrical and Electronics field Knowledge in production scheduling, and achieving day wise plan Vs Actual To work with cross function team to resolve technical and non-technical issues.

To have good knowledge in Lean principles and apply the same in the shop floor. To drive Morning shop floor meeting and update the boards accordingly.

Qualification:

BE – Electrical and electronics back ground, Having experience in handling multiple line with 100+ technicians.

The candidate should be having work experience from electrical / electronics company (preferable from aerospace)

The Candidate should have sound knowledge in resolving technical issues.
