Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will focus on researching prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects in target markets.Build a database of potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, cold calls, and online platforms.Qualify leads based on their fit with our offerings and potential business needs.Engage with prospects via emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn to establish initial contact and assess interest.Coordinate and schedule meetings or discovery calls between prospects and the sales team.Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-up activities, and meeting schedules using CRM software.Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new prospects.Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and challenges that can help refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related field (preferably in IT or cloud services).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.Ability to conduct effective research, prospecting, and lead qualification.Basic understanding of cloud services and AWS technologies is a plus.Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
