Primary Responsibilities:

Building Strong Organization with smooth functioning through HR perspective ensuring adherence to Management’s Vision. Ensure all processes are followed keeping the employee morale high.

Statutory Compliances & Legal

  •  Ensure timely filing of returns and fulfilling other compliance requirements under various labor laws PF, ESIC, Contract Labor , Factories Act , Apprentice Act , Payment of Wages , etc. through a professional consultant.
  •  Respond to Inspections and Notices by government authorities to smooth closure of notices
  •  Update status on legal cases and discuss way forward with Sr. Manager / Leadership
  • Employee Relations Agenda
  •  Setting up and managing the welfare and grievance redressal process and resolve employee grievances with respect to welfare
  •  Coordinate with other departments to resolve any grievances at the stores & warehouses
  •  Design and implement employee involvement and welfare initiatives
  •  Participate and support Sr. Manager in driving initiatives in the area of employee relations
  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  •  Responsible for designing and implementing PMS as per company's objective and plan
  •  Facilitating timely system of performances appraisals and then identifying gaps
  •  Instilling timely Awards & Benefit programs to recognize performance
  •  Identifying training needs for better performance of employees
  •  Organizing continuous training programs to lift the level of performance
  • Recruitment:
  •  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  •  Connect with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job
  • descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  •  Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles using
  • various channels such as job boards, social media, niche professional websites and
  • networking events.
  •  Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates to ensure
  • they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the organization
  •  Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end (Screening to onboarding)
  •  Provide proper induction program to new recruits

Onestop Retail Pvt Ltd, Mumbai Mumbai

Payroll:

  •  Monitor and review payroll process, handle attendance management, leave management and ensure timely as well as accurate payout
  •  Coordinate with central accounts and other concerned departments, to make continuous improvements to payroll process
  • Stakeholder Management and External liaising
  •  Liaison effectively with local and Government officials, Police machinery
  •  Liaising with political influencers, Union leaders and local bodies
  •  Maintain healthy relationship with the labor office in the area
  •  Handle all corporate communication
  • Facilities Management and Vendor Management
  •  Assess risks to stores, warehouses and employees, build information network with local bodies and accordingly strengthen the internal security practices
  •  Work with contractors / agency for housekeeping
  •  Monitor and review the work of these agencies to ensure good upkeep of the stores
  • and office
  • Expectation:-
  •  English Marathi and Hindi proficiency is required; additional Indian languages will be a plus
  •  Bachelor or Master degree in HR required and 5+ years progressive experience in HR for India
  • withdemonstrated functional knowledge & expertise
  •  Brilliant communicator through written, verbal & non verbal
  •  Must possess demonstrated understanding of continuous performance measurement
  •  A track record of identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work effectively in high-pressure & fast-paced situations
  •  Strong analysis and problem solving skills
