Key Responsibilities:

Primary :

Hands on experiencewith Cisco Nexus 3k/7k/9k ASA firewall troubleshootingHands on experience on routing protocol OSPF and BGPHands on experience on Switching (Nexus vPCVlan Ether channel HSRP & STP)Hands onexperience on ASA firewall (Access list Natting packet capture)Responsible to carry our BAU day to DayactivitiesAssist in the development ofautomation tools (Python / Ansible)Providesappropriate level of support and troubleshooting for incidentsacross the environment and guide / support engineersUtilizes a variety of internal and external sources toinvestigate technology build knowledge and resolve incidentsReview documentation diagrams configurationsstandard operating procedures and tools and regularly contribute tointernal knowledgebase and departmental documentationIdentify opportunity areas on the Global Network and makesuggestions for improvements. Interface with Global carriers tomaintain current services levels and work towards developing andimplementing new solutionsTroubleshootisolate and resolve network problems (LAN WAN and MAN). Useappropriate tools to monitor and troubleshoot the issuesResponsible for the development andrefinement of operational best practices as it relates to clientEnterprise Cloud platform management & supportSecondary:

Understanding on ASR (1k/9k) Fortigatefirewall F5 Load Balancer troubleshooting upgrades and firmwaremanagementPossess knowledge in sitesiteIPSec VPNUnderstanding of MPLS VPNUnderstanding of spine and leaf datacenterarchitectureHave experience in preparing SOP& MOP documents for critical activitiesVendor Coordination to resolve hardware and softwareissues & followup until ClosureResponsible for analyzing vulnerabilities in the PCIcompliance report prepare remediation plan test deploy remediationstepsStay up to date on emergingtechnologies and products including attaining certifications andparticipation in industry events as appropriate to continue todrive improved methodologies into the organizationMaintains professional demeanor under pressure possessinga cando attitude to keep the resolution process moving in apositive directionEssential Requirements:

8 Years of networking experience providingnetwork support including network analysis troubleshooting designand device configurationUnderstanding oftransport protocols routing protocols and security/authenticationprotocols at all layers of the OSI model with emphasis on TCP/IPare essential.Working Knowledge with networkproducts (switches routers appliances) and network protocolsKnowledge of Network Management &Security conceptsStrong critical thinkingand troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine problemsand act without supervisionTroubleshootingcisco nexus devicesStrong knowledge on ciscoswitching /Routing and security protocols.CCNP datacenter would be added advantageWilling to work in a 24/7 environmentDevOps knowledge / Scripting Automation / Knowledge onPython/ Ansible/ Github would be added advantageTekWissen Group is anequal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
