Reporting to: Deputy General Manager - Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join the HR team at Larsen & Toubro Limited under the third-party payroll of TeamLease Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience and will play a crucial role in managing HR MIS, supporting various HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR MIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update HR data in SuccessFactors (HRMS).
  • Prepare and publish periodic manpower headcount reports.
  • Create and manage organization charts and reporting structures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.

2. HR Process Support

  • Assist in execution of core HR processes such as:

  • Onboarding and induction

  • Internal transfers and role changes
  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Long Service Awards (LSA)
  • Issuance of employment-related letters (e.g., bonafide letters)

3. Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in event logistics and communication to ensure smooth execution.

4. HR Administration

  • Perform general HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals.
  • Maintain HR documentation and records as per compliance norms.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
  • Prior experience working with large organizations or under third-party payrolls is a plus
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
