This is a remote position.

Hospitality Talents , een wervingsbureau dat zich specialiseert in hospitality- en cateringprofielen, is op zoek naar een Property Coordinator , om het team van onze klant te versterken. De klant heeft 12 hotels in heel België en 30 in 2030. Het hoofdkantoor is in Brussel, maar je werkplek brengt je naar alle hotels van de groep. 

Over de Rol:

Ben jij een proactieve en dynamische persoon die gedijt in een hands-on omgeving? Onze klant zoekt een Property Coordinator om hun team te versterken, verantwoordelijk voor heel België. In deze cruciale rol zorg je ervoor dat hun hotels worden onderhouden volgens de hoogste normen, waardoor de gastervaring wordt verbeterd en hun voortdurende groei wordt ondersteund. Deze rol biedt flexibiliteit en is niet fysiek gebaseerd in Brussel, waardoor het aantrekkelijk is voor kandidaten in heel België.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteuning van de Property Manager: Assisteren bij dagelijkse operaties en administratieve taken en fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor de hotels.
  • Onderhoudscoördinatie: Behandelen van onderhoudsverzoeken en het bijhouden van de voltooiing om ervoor te zorgen dat de faciliteiten in topconditie blijven.
  • Naleving en Risicobeheer: Zorgen voor naleving van lokale wetten, bouwvoorschriften en gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Projectcoördinatie: Toezicht houden op speciale projecten, communiceren met belanghebbenden om doelen binnen tijdlijnen en budgetten te bereiken.
  • Juridische Opvolging: Beheren van de juridische aspecten van gebouwregistraties en documentatie.
  • Hotelbezoeken: Uitvoeren van site visits en audits, actief deelnemen als belangrijk teamlid.

Requirements

  • Achtergrond: Ervaring of sterke interesse in Property Maintenance, Hoteltechnicus of Facility Management.
  • Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie-, organisatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Houding: Hands-on, proactief en resultaatgericht met een samenwerkende instelling.
  • Kennis: Inzicht in lokale vastgoedbeheerwetten en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands met een goede basis in Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Technische Vaardigheden: Bekwaam in Microsoft Office en in staat om effectief meerdere taken tegelijk uit te voeren.
