Job responsibilities
1. Answering and making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints & other issues with products or services.
2. Building lasting relationship with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
4. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
5. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Required Skills
1. Any graduate
2. No prior Experience is necessary.
3. Good in communication & attitude.
4. Languages to be known are ENGLISH and HINDI.
