AjnaLens is looking for a sharp and reliable Strategist to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably having worked directly with leadership or CXO-level professionals. If you are organized, proactive, and able to manage diverse responsibilities with discretion and clarity — this role is for you.

This role goes beyond calendar management. You will be involved in research, strategy, documentation, presentations , and more. You must be open to taking ownership of any task that comes your way and demonstrate professionalism, agility, and confidentiality in everything you do.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

  • Ideate & research various strategies & execute them. It is critical for the individual to be action oriented.
  • Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and documentation as per business needs.
  • Conduct research, do email reach out, conduct meeting with key stakeholders, etc.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar strategy support role.
  • Experience in creating structured presentations and working closely with senior leadership.
  • Exposure to high-paced environments with multitasking and problem-solving responsibilities.

  • Strong command over written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Google Slides for presentation creation.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Expected to Do:

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain presentations, reports, and documents required for internal and external communications.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and ensure alignment on key priorities.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO, including support for new initiatives.
