To launch new products by conducting meetings with Builders/contractors/ Influencers (Engineers, Applicators) and retailers/dealers to bring awareness about product properties, advantages and application areas.Sales Promotions:-
To Manage Sales promotion activities i.E. all ATL and BTL activities with builders at their offices/site/ IPA/Credit and related exhibitions/seminars, retailers/dealers/contractors.Relationship Management:-
Maintain relationship with retailers/dealers/builders/MEPs/Contractors/Architects by providing support, information and guidance. Special sales promo activities like tickets (movie/matches), plant visits, gatherings, sponsoring their group meeting etc. Work closely with all business departments to encourage cross-selling culture. Your Profile:-
Graduate / Post graduate with 4 to 10 years of experience in core Retail OR Project Sales.-
Must have strong knowledge about Building Material Industry.-
Ready to work in an Individual contributor role.Key Competencies:-
Good communication skills, presentation skills & knowledge of basic excel.-
Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales process, lead generation process.-
Must have Knowledge of sales promotion activities i.E. all ATL and BTL activities with Builders/Consultants/Architects/Dealers/ Retailers.
