Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

- Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases to source qualified candidates for open positions.- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for the role based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and expectations for open roles.- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, feedback, and recruitment timelines.- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Interview Coordination & Support:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth execution of the interview process.- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and manage the offer process.

Talent Pool Management:

- Maintain and update the recruitment database, tracking candidate progress and ensuring an organized talent pool for future requirements.- Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring roles.

Recruitment Strategies:

- Assist in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitments, and other networking events to identify potential candidates.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.- Skills: Excellent communication Skills -Must- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to maintain positive interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and social media platforms for recruitment.
