**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job specifications for manufacturing roles, such as machinists, operators, production engineers, and maintenance technicians.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and safety standards during the recruitment and hiring process.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and technical assessment panels.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing roles, processes, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, with strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience recruiting for specific manufacturing roles, such as CNC machinists, welders, production supervisors, or maintenance technicians.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
