Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing and Sales Executive to promote our corporate gifting items and bags to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through field visits, meetings, and events

  • Promote our corporate gifting items and bags to corporates, institutions, and organizations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure seamless delivery of products

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve product offerings

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate gifting or related industry

  • Strong network and connections in the corporate world

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Strong market research and analytical skills
