Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Advertising Account Director to join our team for a fixed term from 17 June 2024 to 30 September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile advertising accounts, leading strategic initiatives, and delivering outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Lead regular client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign progress, performance, and strategic recommendations.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Project Management
Manage multiple advertising projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Utilize data to refine and improve future advertising strategies and campaigns.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
Proven success in managing high-profile accounts and delivering measurable results.
Skills and Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
