We operate: • Cultivation & distribution in Oklahoma • Premium indoor product lines from California • A nationwide THCA wholesale and B2B distribution network across the U.S. Our Bangalore-based digital, operations, and sales support team powers our expansion across legal U.S. markets through inside sales, content, SEO, marketplace operations, and remote revenue enablement. ⸻ ⭐ About This Role We are hiring Remote B2B Sales Specialists (India-based) to support our Houston team and help expand Passion Farms’ national THCA wholesale network. This role focuses on B2B lead qualification, outreach, relationship building, pipeline management, and closing small–mid sized wholesale accounts while supporting U.S. sales closers on larger deals. No cannabis is handled or distributed in India. All work supports U.S. legal-market THCA B2B sales remotely. ⸻ Responsibilities • Qualify inbound & outbound B2B wholesale THCA leads • Outreach via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and CRM sequences • Present Passion Farms’ THCA products to retailers, distributors & wholesalers • Manage high-volume pipelines and move leads through B2B funnel stages • Close small-to-mid size B2B accounts independently • Support Houston closers on high-volume national buyers • Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, follow-ups, statuses, tasks • Conduct reactivation outreach for dormant B2B accounts • Prepare weekly pipeline performance and conversion reports • Work partial U.S. hours for live communication with buyers ⸻
