Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep business acumen, and technical expertise in BI tools and data modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions and dashboards.
• Design and develop robust, user-friendly reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Build semantic data models and define KPIs to support self-service reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data availability and optimized performance.
• Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and impactful way.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices and standards.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Domain experience in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or customer analytics is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience required
