Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for JLL's service delivery to Client. This role develops sophisticated data models, creates interactive visualizations, and conducts advanced analytics to identify trends, optimize operations, and enhance workplace experiences. The position serves as a critical link between raw data and business strategy, enabling data-driven decisions across the global account.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reporting systems for the Stripe account
• Design and implement data models that integrate multiple data sources into cohesive analytical frameworks
• Conduct complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Create interactive visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Partner with operational teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate analytical solutions
• Develop predictive models to forecast resource needs, occupancy patterns, and service demand
• Establish data governance practices ensuring data quality, consistency, and security
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility
• Provide analytical support for business reviews, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Research and implement innovative data analytics approaches and technologies
• Collaborate with Stripe stakeholders to align analytics efforts with their business objectives
• Document data structures, analytical methodologies, and reporting procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role
• Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization techniques and dashboard development
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
• Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis
• Knowledge of facilities management or real estate analytics
• Experience with workplace utilization analysis and space optimization
• Background in developing predictive analytics models
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Understanding of API integration for data collection
• Experience working in a client-facing analytical role
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements

Working Environment
This remote position supports JLL's service delivery to client globally, with primary focus on AMER operations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across multiple time zones and occasional travel to key client locations (approximately 15-20%). The Business Intelligence Analyst works in a dynamic, data-rich environment that values innovation and analytical rigor, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
