Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Primary duties include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support the overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales management skills, including team leadership and target achievement
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Strong client relationship-building and customer service skills
- Market research and business development skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
